Hope you are doing great.! *Junior Microstrategy BI Developer Job Location:Sterling,VA4+months contract32 hours a week* Responsibilities: *Position Description:* The successful candidate will assist with the architecting, design and development of *MicroStrategy BI reporting*, dashboard, front-end and back-end components for cross-application solutions. Experience with *MicroStrategy Business Intelligence (BI) version 9.2+*, or similar components are highly desirable. *Education and Experience:* BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, I.T., or similar degree 4 years of overall I.T. experience 2+ years of direct experience with BI solutions using MicroStrategy Candidates without a college degree will be considered, but must at least 3 years of relevant development experience Qualifications: Required Skills and Competencies: Experience with *MicroStrategy BI solutions* is a *MUST* Experience as a developer on a team *PL/SQL* development experience required Familiarity with Data Warehousing / BI concepts Excellent Data analyst skills Team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Desired Skills:* Knowledge of BI concepts MicroStrategy Certification (Certified Developer, Certified Engineer, or Certified Engineering Principal). Working knowledge of building solutions in an Oracle environment Familiarity with Rational software a plus Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of public trust.
