I am looking for a very strong analyst who has possibly worked at other financial institutions and is familiar the Regulatory work around above Federal regulations. This person must have the ability to work well with cross boarder technical team members. He must also have the ability to digest functional specifications documents and write Technical Specifications documents as well as High Level design documents.
