Please send resumes to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *QA Tester* *Location: Bowie MD* *Duration: long term * *Rate: $45/hr on C2C * *QA Job Requirement* As a Sr. Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst, you will be a key member of the QA and Testing team with the overall responsibility for assuring that the product suite meets the company's quality standards. As a QA team member, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the validation efforts of various applications, both in manual and automated test environments, through demonstrable application of solid QA methodologies and other applicable knowledge. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate ability to work independently and good technical skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as demonstrate attention to reporting accuracy in addition to providing direction and mentoring of one or more QA Analysts. The QA Analyst II will play a role in the management and maintenance of keyword and data driven automaton frameworks. In addition, they will work with and contribute to the creation and maintenance of other test management tools and reporting. *Responsibilities*: • Test tool experience (Mercury Quality Center, Mercury QTP, and LoadRunner); • Experience in validating effectiveness of user experience of application; • Code functions, classes and methods to support automated tests; • Code test scripts using Java, JavaScript and VB; • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to validate that systems are fit for purpose; • Identify, analyze and report test results for automated test scripts; • Alert development team to product design inconsistencies and/or deviations from standards, and recommend alternatives that would lead to a more optimal user experience; • Provide input in developing quality assurance standards in regards to functional, regression, performance and load testing; • Participate in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of industry standards, trends and best practices in order to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge; and • Develop effective relationships within and among departments and other Agile team members. *Job Requirements: * • Minimum 4 years writing automated scripts using QTP and LoadRunner; • Knowledge of object oriented concepts and programming; • Experience with altering codes and creating new complex functions; • Understanding of how leading web browsers function (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Chrome); • Minimum 4 years working with client/server and RIA web based applications; • Minimum 4 years working with schemas and writing sql queries; • Ability to write test cases following use case methodology; • Strong technical and analytical skills; • Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written; • Ability to work both independently and effectively in teams; • Candidates must demonstrate a strong attention to detail. -- Thanks&Regards, Praveeth.chava, Genuineit LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* [image: cid:[email protected]] Ph: 281-576-7687 Email:[email protected] Gtalk: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* [image: cid:[email protected]] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
