Job Title: Identity and Access Management Program Manager
Location:  Boston, MA
Project Length:  Ongoing, long-term
Hours per Week:  38.5

This position is primarily tailored for a program manager that has
experience in delivering an IAM solution on an enterprise level.  The
individual will need to demonstrate the ability to engage the business
community, communicate to all levels of an organization and manage
technical projects. They are required to possess a level of in-depth
knowledge about IAM technologies required to produce the solution
architecture, design, construction, deployment, and operations.

Responsibilities
∙       Be the strategic lead on driving the Commonwealth’s enterprise
IAM solution.
∙       Establish effective multi-agency governance for the entire IAM
environment.
∙       Work with agencies to help define requirements, assess product
fit to business needs, and reengineer business processes to meet IAM
requirements and Security policies.
∙       Liaise with the ITD Data Center to implement and manage
necessary infrastructure
∙       Work with disparate agency implementation projects to ensure
coordinated implementations into the Commonwealth’s IAM product and
subsequent operations.
∙       Collaborate with the appropriate ITD Offices and units to help
design, stand up and manage a group to provide operational and
maintenance support for the IAM solution.
∙       Identify roles & responsibilities related to project and support needs
∙       Recruit & supervise FTE and/or contractor resources as necessary
∙       Assist in developing and implementing appropriate chargeback
and other cost recovery mechanisms
∙       Make recommendations to enhance IAM product
∙       Escalate issues and risks, where necessary, to ITD and agency
senior management.
∙       Prepare and give presentations to senior management regarding
IAM program’s direction and status
∙       Participate & provide feedback on product roadmap

 Customer Service:
∙       Proactively troubleshoot customer issues and engage other ITD
units to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and to the
customer’s satisfaction.
∙       Understand and communicate ITD’s business objectives and
standards to customers

Technology
∙       Maintains current and thorough knowledge of relevant
technologies, processes and procedures.
∙       Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State,
and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of
the organization
