Position: Web content Developer Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6+Months
SITA, the IT and communications provider to the air transport industry, is seeking a Web Content Editor for an ambitious new project. The Web Content Editor will be responsible for publishing, creating and editing web content, ensuring it adheres to company brand policies as well as web best practices (usability, SEO, etc.). S/he will be expected to write clear and compelling content, including articles, product descriptions, online advertisements, marketing and promotional copy, e-newsletters, and blogs. S/he will also edit and repurpose existing content, from both print and online sources. This role will collaborate with numerous stakeholders across the business (and around the world), so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience writing for B2B-focused websites, preferably with a technology focus. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines are essential. Proficiency with web content management systems (WCMS) and basic HTML is also important. Strong design/graphical experience is highly preferred.
