Also, AJAX, Java, JSPs, RESTful services, various frameworks and APIs, SQL. Ideally an expert flow and screen designer. Know and practice excellent software engineering; with extensive experience with multi-tier architectures. Must be senior level with leadership (not managing, but leading initiatives and driving design/development) experience who can design, develop and overcome usability challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, negotiating with technical teams and end users is key.
