*Must Have Skills: IIS, Windows* *Detailed Job Description:* *Notes: Need at least L3 level candidates* *DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:* - 7+ years of IIS Web Administration experience ( Versions: 5.0, 6.0, 7.*) - 7+ years working in different Windows Enterprise Server version ( Windows 2000, 2003, 2008) - 5+ years of Web Architect experience hosting IIS-based solutions. - 5+ years of experience in setting up VB, ASP, .NET2.0, 3.5, 4 applications. - 1+ year of development experience desired but not required. - 1 +year of working knowledge in cloud computing environment is desired but not must. - Basic knowledge of Sharepoint - Performance tuning of web servers, applications hosting in IIS - Configuration of parameters to tune web servers. - Configuration of Web related DB Parameters optimization - Clustering at Web server level, for farm deployment - Configuration of IIS Webserver for n-tier apps for high volume site - Data compression, http compression. - Configuration of app to use the Web services, Integration platforms, 3rd party components - Must have strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture. - Must have experience identifying and resolving bottlenecks in n-tier architecture. - Must have experience tuning the performance for application that are used by 5000 users with 500 concurrent users accessing the application. - Must have experience identifying and implementing tools or scripts to capture capacity information at Platform and Compute layer. - Must have experience working in a data center that has over 100+ IIS web servers. - Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently with little supervision. - Promote an organizational climate that energizes, motivates and facilitates teamwork; encourages responsible risk-taking. - Proven project management and customer service skills; demonstrated planning and organization skills. - Excellent written and verbal communications; effective interpersonal skills; strong formal presentation abilities. - Ability to learn J2EE , and exposure to Linux is a plus Thanks & Regards.
