You will interact with IT team(s), cross-functional business teams, and testing teams to ensure the technology gaps and asks are clearly documented This role will provide exceptional customer service to business partners within the Global Sales development area in delivering technical solutions, business process change to realize business value and objectives. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to define custom internal applications using innovative solutions such as Salesforce.com's AppExchange products. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies. - Partner with business representatives at all levels to assess, initiate, refine and drive appropriate technology solutions. - Guide the selection of solutions including influencing the selection of new technologies and the proposed technology changes. - Ensure applicable global business requirements are defined. Identify and lead resolution of process problems. - Working with project team members to collaboratively develop end-to-end process flows and test cases - Hands-on functional testing and validation of business requirements and system functionality *REQUIRED SKILLS:* - Relevant 7+ years experience with a mid to enterprise size software companies - 3-5 years of experience in implementing Telephony automated solutions for a fast - 3-5 Years of experience in Sales operations, lead management, automated routing, Lead optimization, CRM business processes - 3-5 years of experience with Sales force product. Expert on Sales force Sales Cloud (Sales Cloud certification preferred) - Strong background in business process analysis, requirements, and design, as well as data modeling and detailed functional design; - Experience with business process flow and cause-effect diagramming and analysis is a plus; - Has demonstrated knowledge of analyzing process flows and working with teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities. - Expert understanding of data analysis, including root cause analysis, and other process modeling and systems design tools; - Solid project management skills; - Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment; - Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast paced environment. - Experience with Use Case modeling, User Stories, and Agile/SCRUM techniques; - Experience taking a consultative approach with clients or internal customers.
