Position: Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6+ Months **LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED** Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager Job Details: • Manages multiple complex client related infrastructure projects. • Develops detailed project plans and schedules, assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities, identifies appropriate resources needed, and monitors progress to ensure timely completion. • Defines activities, sequences them, estimates duration, and develops schedules. • Charters projects, determines scope definition, develops plans, verifies with business owners, and manages change control. • Performs resource planning, cost estimation, and cost control. • Plans communication, distributes information as necessary, Executes all communications; ensures timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members and provides status reporting and escalation. • Performs responsibilities under minimal direction from manager. • Facilitates and implements proper conflict resolution techniques to ensure timely resolution of critical, time-sensitive issues. Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager Mandatory Skills: • Minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience within program development, systems analysis and/or project management managing infrastructure projects. • Advanced knowledge of MS Project. • Working knowledge of all functional areas of MIS including infrastructure, operating systems, network, problem/change management and project management methodologies is highly important. • Working knowledge of technical/system products. • Advanced understanding of business related issues and needs and impact to project budget and timeline. • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, customer service, communications, and presentation skills. • Must be aggressive in getting things done and keeping projects on track. • BS in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
