Early response is really appreciated. *Please send resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Title: Business / Sales Alignment Analyst Location: San Francisco, CA, United States Position Type: Contract Description: Our team is looking for an experienced analyst who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about leading the design, execution and strategy for best-of-breed, scalable, end-to-end enterprise business solutions to help transform our internal instance of Salesforce (Org62). In this role you will drive projects and help create the strategy, direction, and business processes for internal business units including Sales and Support organization. The candidate is knowledgeable in CRM technologies and will closely work with our internal business process owners to define business requirements needed to support key business processes for these teams. Responsibilities: •Provide extensive support to realignment and reorganization exercises as Salesforce.com deploys its sales structure annually, assisting the rollout of new role hierarchy. •Support salesforce.com platform around opportunity pipeline, forecast hierarchy and user management. •Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. Dissect high-level data into details and communicate information in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems and applications without customization. •Act as a subject-matter expert for solutions owned by the team, particularly in regards to forecast hierarchy functionality. •Be well versed in communicating with business process owners, business architects, and technical peers. •Create mass data migration templates to manage users, roles and forecasts. Required Skills/Experience: •1 - 3 years experience with Salesforce.com platform ; experience with Salesforce.com Sales, Service and support solution. •Very strong knowledge of Sales cloud, forecasting, data analysis and reporting. •Identify and recommend efficiency and workflow improvements to management. •Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. •Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams. •Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks. •Extensive experience around MS office suite and salesforce's reporting tools. •Expert-level knowledge in excel, data loader.
