will have at least 5 years of experience working as a TSM Admin. Requirements / Responsibilities: - Technically sound in the setup, configuration and troubleshooting of TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) - this person should be a senior level resource who can provide guidance to other admins and will still do engineering as well, but the main focus of this role is Operations. - Understands storage and SAN configurations enough to troubleshoot problems with our vendors - Need be familiar with deduplication technologies, mainly IBM ProtecTier, but any major name dedup product will do (as the concepts are the same). - Ability to document and create new processes and procedures to drive efficiencies *Required Qualifications:* 1. Five plus (5+) years of hands-on technical experience in configuring, managing and maintaining an IBM Tivoli Storage Manager environment 2. UNIX, Linux and Windows server operating system skills including the ability to write and troubleshoot shell scripts 3. On-call support 24x7 as required along with evening and weekend work when required *Desired Technical Qualifications (Not Mandatory to have):* 1. Experience with IBM ProtecTier or other deduplication product 2. Experience with Cisco MDS Switches and Fiber Channel over Ethernet configurations (FCoE) 3. Experience with SAN Technologies - IBM XiV, IBM San Volume Controller (SVC), or Centera is preferred, but any Content Addressable Storage product is ok. 4. Any skill of IBM Total Productivity Center (TPC), IBM Storewize 7000 and NetApp NAS is a strong plus .
