These Visio files would capture the necessary information to allow for the execution of multiple clinical trials while incorporating decision points and interim program analyses throughout the process. This involves the creation of shapes and templates specific to clinical programs, adding custom fields to shapes to hold data, and leveraging Visio’s capability to generate XML files.
