The Healthy Housing and Lead Poisoning Surveillance System (HHLPSS) is a
comprehensive case management, environmental investigation and surveillance
system used by the Ohio Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program
(OHHLPPS).

The Programmer will be responsible for enhancing the existing application,
which uses CSLA framework and SQL Server database.  The programmer will be
responsible for developing data extractions routines, enhance the existing
application, develop photo import feature, Import and export data routines,
write de-depulication routines and match correct transactions, Process
standard HL7 messages and enforce validations, develop functionality to
import data using FTP/SFTP/PHINMS, Create SSRS reports, Develop security
roles and appropriate functionality, Develop forms that can be completed
offline on tablet computers and then imported into HHLPSS system.

SQL Server / ETL Required 5 Years
Visual Studio / C# Required 5 Years
Team Foundation Server Required 4 Years
ASP.NET Required 3 Years
SQL Server Integration Services Required 3 Years
Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) Required 3 Years
SSRS Required 3 Years
CSLA Framwork Required 3 Years
