The selected candidate will create and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports with both OLTP and OLAP data sources. Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end solution in Microsoft's Business Intelligence, Development Studio (BIDS) that support projects and enterprise level strategies. Optimize existing SSRS reports for performance Gather user data requirements. Identify and analyze source data from disparate systems to meet user requirements. Design and implement models for handling integration of source data (ETL) and star-schema models for BI reporting with a tools such as SSRS and MS Excel 2010. Create and refine OLAP cube(s) Participate in the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications. Identify, research and resolve technical problems with the reporting infrastructure. Ensure the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities. Conduct research, provide facts, and make recommendations on Business Intelligence products, services, protocols, and standards.
