This role will require a high level of programming skill in VBA, SQL and the Microsoft Office suite. It will also require a high use of software programs such as Kapow and OCR software. *Main Responsibilities* · Collect and Collate data from many locations (both internal and external), mainly via online methods (using Kapow and OCR software), but supplementing this with telephone queries where appropriate. Significant quantities are expected. · Ensure integrity of own sourced data through identification and implementation of creative quality control methods. · Devise and implement automated processes for data collection, and maintain clear documentation and audit trails. · Where appropriate create and maintain SQL databases and queries to house and retrieve data · Where appropriate, create and maintain VBA tools and processes to manipulate and analyze data · Produce reports and data queries as required by the team · Where no current process exists, devise and implement data gathering and storage protocols to minimize business risk and maximize operational efficiency. *Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience* · Minimum of Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent experience · At least three years previous experience in a data management or support role *SS Advanced SSIS Skills are a must!!!* · Advanced MS Access skills, including database design and development · Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA · Advanced SQL skills, including database design and development · Experience with tools such as Kapow, and OCR conversion software is preferred · Excellent problem solving and communication skills, enabling you to relate to experts internally and externally · Good organization and planning skills and the ability to manage own workload within sometimes tight timescales · The ability to work as part of a team · *NOTE: SSIS is a major plus, so reviewing any info to familiarize yourself will help with the interview* -- Thanks&Regards, Praveeth.chava, Genuineit LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* [image: cid:[email protected]] Ph: 281-576-7687 Email:[email protected] Gtalk: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* [image: cid:[email protected]] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
