Job Title: PMP Project manager
Location: Nashville TN - Locals
Duration: 6 monthsContract
Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and
monitoring of a highly complex, time-sensitive, multi-system implementation
and integration project. Will be the key driver for the management of a
large project team and related vendor (resources, regular reporting to the
project sponsors, core group and stakeholders, and ensuring quality
control, change management and budget are attended to throughout the
project life cycle. The implementations are employee benefits and
Affordable Care Act (ACA) related and the PM will be working with internal
staff as well as with ADP and Experian staff to coordinate and accomplish
work tasks.
Required skills:
• Minimum 5 years project management experience
• Advanced-level user of project management and other tools such as MS
Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Experience working in a high pressure team-oriented, collaborative
environment
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical
skills
Preferred skills:
• Human Resource or Benefits Software implementation experience
Education/Certifications:
*• PMP certification*
