The work will be touching multiple aspects of SharePoint – we do not have a large team with different roles hence looking for a candidate who can deliver light to mid weight solutions using SharePoint 2013 and work in varied aspects of SharePoint project delivery. These applications may be as simple as just creating Document Libraries and helping our departments move from Network drive to SharePoint environment or as complex as combining some .NET development (separate role) with SharePoint and addressing our business requirements. Broadly - the candidate needs to have the following experience and skills; 1. SharePoint development experience – in 2010 and 2013 2. Experience in Content Types, Workflows, form based solutions, creation of libraries, security/access, user management, etc. 3. Expert level understanding of governance, Information Architectures 4. Experience and ability to roll-out SharePoint projects as per the best practices (for example - fundamental understanding of points like pros and cons of folders in SP) 5. Desirable to have prior experience in projects involving migration of data from Network drive to SharePoint environment 6.
