*Help me with suitable resume’s for the below position.* *Share the resumes on [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position Title: Unix Systems Administrator* Location: Home Office – New Albany, OH Job Summary High skill level Unix systems administrator, will perform the following duties: install, configure, maintain, upgrade, patch, secure and troubleshoot Unix systems and applications. The administrator will be responsible for providing support for hardware, OS, software applications, and networking to internal customers in a fast moving production environment. Required Knowledge and Skills · 6+ years of Linux administration, including SUSE, RedHat and Oracle Enterprise Linux. · 6+ years of AIX administration including PowerVM, LPM, & Storage Pools. · VMware ESX administration. · Shell scripting. · Understanding of Unix best practices for secure builds in a large enterprise. · Understanding of PCI and Sarbox regulations and how they apply to Unix OSes. · Knowledge of Unix security practices and how to implement systems without creating vulnerabilities (privileged escalation or other kinds) to internal or external users. · Understanding of Software and Services lifecycle management and Change process. · Minimum 4 year degree required. · Must have good written and verbal communication skills. · Take ownership of customer service requests and manage them to closure. Responsibilities · Executing change plans, updating configurations, collecting inventory, analyzing results, auditing compliance. · Build new systems and assist application owners with the installation and maintenance of their software. · Design and implement robust, secure, and highly available systems based on requirements provided by EBAs. · Day to day support of Unix systems and users. · Provide high level of customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of technical support and service. · Provide problem isolation and suggest resolution. · Serve in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
