Job Title: DB2 DBA
Location:Metro, DC
Duration: 6 monthsContract
Position will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation
of standards, naming conventions, and ongoing deployment of a multi-data
center DB2 and ADABAS environment, including disaster recovery and high
availability projects. Must have extensive experience with the
installation, support, and roll-out of DB2 and *ADABAS* components, BMC
Tools and Utilities, Natural, Predict, ADAPREP and related products. Must
have complete familiarity with z/OS, TSO/ISPF and IBM utilities and SMP/E..
Position will provide technical support to application and data center
staffs. Additional desired skills are Oracle, SQL, z/VM, LInux and MVS
systems.
