*Reply me on [email protected] <[email protected]>Job Title: QA Lead – RetailWork Location: New Alabny, OhioDuration: 5-6 MonthsJob Description:Mandatory Skills :Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on testing experience in Retail Domain*. • Has experience with a Retail Management System (RMS), including item and purchase order maintenance functions. . • Experience with Planning and Forecasting tools is a plus. • Experience with a Merchandise Allocation tool is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or related field (required). • 5+ years experience in QA, preferably with a minimum 2 years as a QA Lead. • Ability to lead project team comprised of business and I.T. associates with strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and negotiation skills with minimal oversight. • Excellent planning and organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking across several projects or issues. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to breakdown and effectively communicate complex business and technical processes, problems, and issues. • Strong written and verbal communications skills to facilitate communications between and among highly experienced business and I.T. associates. • Personal Attributes: Confidence, self-starter, strong work ethic, highly motivated, sense of humor, a Winning 'Will-Do' attitude, team oriented. • Ability to create detailed test scripts based on a list of functional requirements and test scenarios and scripts from previous projects (if existing). • Experience working with an offshore testing team is a plus.
