Please send me your updated resume along with expected pay rate. *Title:* Oracle Apps CRM Functional Consultant *Location:* Burbank, CA *Duration:* 6 Months Onsite candidates preferred though remote work is also an option *Description:* The CONFIGURATION ANALYST – Customer Service Operations is responsible for the analysis, design, testing, implementation and support of the Oracle Applications suite with focus on TeleService, CRM Foundation, and email Center as well as any other modules that may support the Customer Service function. The Analyst will perform analysis; design, testing and implementation of solutions that complement the Oracle Applications suite (may use 3rd party solutions that complement Oracle Application Suite). *Primary Duties & Responsibilities:* • Collaborate with IT (BSA’s) and the business team to define requirements and translate them into written Business Requirements Documents for projects, defect resolution, changes, or enhancements to improve operating efficiency • Document specifications, application configurations (BR-100’s) and functional design (MD-050) • Participate in implementation of projects and system changes for Customer Operations and Service focused modules and solutions. • Will provide research, troubleshooting skills and should be able to resolve Oracle Applications issues by working in collaboration with different teams including IT and Business as well as Corporate teams • Researches, troubleshoots and resolves Applications issues working with support teams (On-Line and technicians). • May perform analysis, design, testing and maintenance support of related functions for applications including both Oracle, custom built and other third party solutions. • Self-motivated and able to take initiative to solve documented business problems *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* • Proven ability to manage small to mid-size projects. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Experience with documenting configuration of Oracle module setups • Strong knowledge of Customer Service and Operations functionality and configuration capabilities • Strong knowledge of Oracle Service Modules (TeleService, email Center, Universal Work Queue, etc.) functionality and configuration capabilities • Strong Knowledge of Oracle CRM Foundation functionality and configuration capabilities • Knowledge of Oracle email Center functionality and configuration capabilities • Knowledge of Oracle TCA a plus *Requirements:* • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred but not required. • Three years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a large IT environment is preferred. • Five years of experience in a Customer Service or Customer Operations environment • Knowledge of Oracle TCA • Knowledge of Oracle Service Modules • Familiarity with EDI customer documents (e.g., 810 invoice) a plus • Knowledge of Oracle SOA preferred • Knowledge of Oracle Service Analytics preferred • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written. • Experience with creation and execution of test plans is required. • Experience with IT change management (change promotion) and quality assurance is a plus. • Focused, detail, and goal oriented • Experience with Business process engineering and re-engineering a plus.
