Sound knowledge forcreating Reliability and Qualification test plans, IC Lifetime predictions, ICreliability models and FA techniques and reliability debug. Design of Burn Intest hardware. Implementation of ISO 9001; ISO 14000 quality management systems and RMA flows and FMEA.
