Work with business users to validate business process design documentation completeness and accuracy. Work with business users to gather, understand and document business processes and solution requirements that are not currently documented. Assess current state CRM design in comparison to OOTB CRM capabilities. Identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary and manual business processes.
