Job Title: Salesforce Admin With *ServiceMax or SFM Exp* Location: Austin, TX Duration: 5+ Months **upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test** *SFDC admin with ServiceMax or SFM (Service Flow Manager) experience.* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administration for medium to large organization. Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks: creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events, Workflows, and Validation Rules. Experience with* ServiceMax* including *SFM (Service Flow Manager)* console, and mobile app preferred. Understanding of integration tools and processes. Ability to clearly articulate SFDC best-practices and solution reasoning to the business unit including escalating issues to management when necessary. Must have excellent project and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks. Self-directed, efficient, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
