*Position: Technical Business Analyst* *Location: Princeton NJ or Hermitage TN* *Duration: 6+ Months Contract* *Purpose of this position:* To support the strategic objective of the client's Cloud Strategy by participating in the migration of IT tools to the Cloud and defining organizational processes to manage IT tools in the Cloud. *Specific Responsibilities*: The Technical Business Analyst will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and project team and will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, validating and manage business and technical requirements, and defining existing and future state business process flows. In particular, the Technical Business Analyst is expected to; · Establish and implement requirements management and business process management practices within the CTO organization · Work with the sponsors, thread leads and service users to elicit requirements using a variety of techniques including interviewing, document analysis, requirement workshops, story boarding and business process modeling. · Decompose high-level requirements into functional and technical requirements, codify/map existing processes and develop future state process maps/flows and establish testing strategies, plans and test cases to validate the requirements · Work with the Technical Delivery manager and Project Manager during release Roadmapping, project scoping and detailed planning · Work closely with the Technical Specialists during the creation of architectures and design specifications · Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate the requirements and ensure quality throughout the life cycle of a project · Proactively manage open items (issues, risks, defects, changes etc.) and consistently report progress to the project and program leadership team *Knowledge and Experience Needed to Perform this Role: * · Exceptional Analytical and Business Process Mapping skills · Strong Written and Oral Communication skills · Strong Presentation and Negotiation skills · Moderate understanding of IT Infrastructure Management and IT Service Delivery lifecycle · Ability to collaborate and thrive in a predominantly virtual team-oriented environment · Ability to work independently on multiple projects · Ability to manage and adapt to change · Good working knowledge of standard Requirement Management tools and Microsoft Office products · CBAP or CCBA certifications are a plus · Experience working with Agile development processes · Experience in products like BuildForge/Optim/RRC/RTC/RQM/RFT If you are interested, please send resume to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Thanks & Regards,* *Sarat Kumar* *Technical Recruiter* *Sai Software Solutions, LLC* *2942 N 24th Street,* *Phoenix, AZ - 85016* *Off : 602-666-6356* *e-mail : [email protected] <[email protected]>* *web : www.saisoftsol.com <http://www.saisoftsol.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
