Description:
· 10+ years of experience managing technical projects across
multiple teams in an Information Technology or Internet specific business
environment.
· Expertise in implementing data warehouse solutions
· Ability to managed project with resources from multiple technical
groups
- Experience within Entertainment and/or Publishing industry
- Excellent attention to details
- Must be able to multi task and prioritize demands
- Excellent Problem solving skills required
- Advanced Interpersonal skills required – clear and concise
communication skills
- PMP Certification a plus
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Experience with Master Data governance preferred
Responsibilities:
- Leverage knowledge of Sales Planning and Reporting technology trends,
related experience, sourcing practices, application development and program
and project management to ensure successful delivery of the program
- Direct the execution of key functional deliverables within the project
plan by leveraging core and extended project team members
- Develop and execute a robust project plan, action item log, risk and
issue log and must be able to escalate and monitor progress until logged
items remediated or resolved
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership, and
other constituents such as Enterprise PMO Office, Internal Audit,
Procurement, Legal and Finance teams
- Monitor progress against project metrics and measurements and create
and maintain reporting frames and dashboards to help communicate program
progress against objectives.
- Ensure adoption of consistent tools and strategies, help conduct
training and informational meetings that assist with the overall change
management with each user group
- Benchmark best practices within the industry and conduct peer
community referral calls and events to gather industry and market
intelligence pertinent to the program
· Act as the first point of contact and creator/keeper of all
presentations, including related worksheet analysis catering to periodic
and ad-hoc requests on program progress or its elements
