*Title : JDE Financial Business Analyst* *Location : Libertyville IL* *Duration : 6 Months* *Telephonic and Skype* *Description:* Need techno functional, ( 50+ 50%) work w/internal customers, assist developers, capture reqmts, very good understanding of how JDE Finance systems work, configure JDE., develop design documentation.. *Job Responsibilities:* · Specific JD Edwards' responsibilities include: · Develop Detailed Design documentation based on business requirements · Work with the JD Edwards IT Delivery Team coordinating activities with the Project Team functional leads · Modify the application software to meet design specifications and business requirements · Govern the application configuration and future modifications · Provide end user support · Develop support proficiency in the GL, AP, AR, FA and Cost Accounting modules · Test software upgrades and enhancements · Monitor integrity reports and work with end users to correct them · Assist other programmers and analysts in the development and implementation of new programs and systems · Assist in developing and modifying complex security roles · Strong skills in providing business process improvement proposals to decision makers leveraging JD Edwards functionality and capability · Techno functional consultant *Experience:* · 7 to 10 years direct JD Edwards application software in a consulting and application support. · Experience creating business requirements. · Experience creating detailed functional design documentation from business requirements · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Experience working directly with end users · Strong business process knowledge (specific to the assigned functional area). · Understands JDE integration methodology and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise · Minimum 5 years of experience with EnterpriseOne modules (versions 8.11 and above)including · General Accounting · General Ledger setup and maintenance · Financial Reporting · Financial Planning and Budgets · Accounts Receivable · Setup of receivables and collections · Creating manual bills · Credit Management · Bank reconciliation · Accounts Payable · Cash management · Setup of rebates, discounts and special pricing · Returns from customers or suppliers · Cost Accounting · Average cost setup · Variance analysis · Fixed Assets · Setup · Depreciation calculation *Preferred Education & Training: * Bachelors Degree in related field is required.
