Additional responsibilities include but not limited to trouble-shooting complex issues, managing critical incidents and bridge calls, process improvement, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining knowledge base and documentation. *Work Time:* This is a *Monday to Friday *on-site job, 8 AM to 5 AM.
