Someone who can drive day to day tactical execution, identify risks and bubble those up, manage priorities, go after the business, interface with developers and BA’s, participate in business reviews – get feedback and approvals. They will not need to manage the budget, the PM on ground manages the schedule but this person would work with the PM on that effort.
