*Position:SAP BPM Lead* *Location:Minneapolis, MN* *Duration:12 Month Contract*
Summary Manages Business System projects and reports to the Director, SAP & Business Systems. This position works closely with Business Process Teams, Application Development and Technical Services, in order to analyze, develop, enhance, test and implement software solutions and applications in support of business requirements. BPM is responsible for deeply understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across Business Units, as well as understanding the application landscape and capabilities. BPM maintains relationships with the business and leverage requirements and methods to enable improved business processes to drive business success. They align business strategies and capability needs into business and technical requirements to ensure IT systems enable the desired value. Experience Required 10 years experience managing and delivering large IT projects. In depth understanding of the SAP system; functionality, configuration, and integration points of all modules and related business processes. Proven track record of managing successful SAP implementations.
