Please find the below requirement. Position: Duration: 18 Location: Eagan MN *Job Description:* They are a .net Java shop. This person will need to be experienced with these technologies and working with load test and development teams. Strong background with facilitating meetings, tracking (sharepoint) status updates. Not a PM but rather a coordinator with PM skills that is also very adaptable. *Basic Qualifications:* •Strong technical knowledge around .NET and Java •Strong communication and facilitation skills • Self-driven to address issues and concerns raised during meetings •Ability to conduct technical analysis and understand terminology •End User Experience with JIRA (design experience is a plus) • End User Experience with ALM •Experience with HP Load Runner •Experience with Agile and Waterfall Development Environment •Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle Note: Position will focus on facilitating load test efforts of custom and 3rd party enterprise solutions. · Acts as a liaison between quality assurance and technical teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex problems and test cases to be solved with automated test systems. · Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. · Works with user groups to provide analysis, resolve questions, assess partner needs, and recommend changes. · Prepares specifications and status reports for testing initiatives specifically around system load tests. · Recommends and initiates systems testing. · Acts as an internal consultant within technology by leveraging quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. · Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff. · 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, quality assurance and/or design.
