Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related technical field required. 7+ years of project management experience required. 3+ years of program management experience required. 3+ years of experience managing other PM staff is required. Experience with implementing programs/projects involving any of the following integrated health *functional domains:* Clinically Integrated Networks Population Management Care Management Disease Management Clinical Quality Payer and provider strategy Experience working with vendors in supporting any of the above functional domains. Must have a desire and aptitude to further understanding of the integrated health functions, operations, and challenges, to adequately partner with business leadership. Experience with implementing projects involving data warehouse and analytics and working with stakeholders for those projects (enterprise data warehouse, vendors, business owners) Experience with healthcare applications (Lawson, Cerner, Meditech) Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred. May substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with leading implementation of project management best practices and frameworks such as PMI or CMM is required. Must possess PMP certification. Managed implementations of large scale complex projects and programs. Deep experience in all of the project management disciplines described in the Responsibilities – General section of this profile is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is required.
