The ideal candidate has excellent C/C++ skills and debugging abilities with a positive can-do attitude. The candidate must have a proven ability to design core, backend software components that can scale as our product grows and to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of various parts of the system on a continuous basis. The candidate should also be able to lead technical and design meetings and mentor junior developers.The team works closely with the product manager and the sales force to play a vital role in influencing the nature and direction of the product. Team members directly meet with clients/end users to understand requirements, demo the product and gauge feedback. The team works at a rapid pace and releases code every week. The Product: DASH is a product used by equity sales people to more efficiently manage their client relationships. By integrating market-moving information with tools for targeting, prioritizing, and interacting with relevant shareholders based on their up-to-date investment activity, positions, and interest patterns, DASH serves as the one stop shop for an equity salesperson.
