A point of escalation in the support troubleshooting process to solve problems with software at desktop and server level. *Qualifications* Required: 5+ years of development experience with C#; Candidate must be proficient with: Visual Studio 2010; .NET (2.0, 3.5, 4.0); MVC 4.0+, and Entity Framework. Team Foundation Server 2010+. Familiarity with other scripting languages (JavaScript). Collaborative, cross-group design and development. Strong self-motivation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with a preference in VSTO. Scripting and development experience with SQL Server (SQL 2008, 2012) including SSRS. Strong oral/written communication skills, especially in being able to communicate technical information with clarity and accuracy in a cross-team environment. Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced demanding work environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in an Operations/IT environment; Familiar with hardware/server installs and deployment ; Familiarity with risk and quality management.
