They need to be a BI DW Data Analyst with strong BI, SQL, and Data Warehouse experience. I am receiving candidates who are good data analysts, but have little to no BI experience. Also, I am looking for an analyst and not a developer. This is hot requirement as I just placed someone with this same manager recently. Description · Data Analyst will support the Enterprise Business Intelligence Program. She/he will assist with data profiling, modeling, quality analysis and source to target mapping. Must develop a fundamental understanding of the business and have the expertise to utilize a variety of tools to perform data profiling and analysis. Required Skills Experience with enterprise data warehouse implementations, integrating multiple legacy and strategic source systems Experience in modeling techniques and solutions in dimensional data models Experience - hands on proficiency with SQL such as TOAD or SQL Plus Must demonstrate proficiency in use of SQL to retrieve data from a Oracle or DQL systems Demonstrated ability to understand foreign and primary key requirements within a DW environment Prefer experience in SQL Server Integration Services or Informatica Verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with various levels of management (both Cover-All and its customer’s) Qualifications ·Associate's degree is required ·2+ years of SQL experience & query design ·2+ years of SQL server/database knowledge Healthcare data experience is preferred (in hospital or provider environment) Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
