Written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to create clear and concise documentation 3+ years’ experience administering windows server operating systems. A solid working knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in installing, troubleshooting and resolving problems using Microsoft products. Experience working with VMware vSphere. Experience installing and troubleshooting server hardware components such as Fiber, Network cards, disk drives, memory, etc. Experience in applying firmware upgrades to hardware and patches to MS Operating system software. Experience working with various levels of technical individuals at remote locations to resolve problems or in implementing new servers. Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management At least five years of project management experience. Experience in utilizing resource planning tools and databases. Ability to multi-task and balance company and customer requirements. Ability to build consensus among individuals with wide-ranging backgrounds (e.g. technical, management, contracts, etc.) to complete assigned tasking and actions Experience in identifying, researching, evaluating, analyzing and recommending solutions to resolve project-related issues Experience in tracking the status of events required to complete assigned actions.
