Thanks! *Lead IBM BPM Developer* Location: Houston, TX Start Date: ASAP Duration: *1+ month Contract* ****Candidates MUST have extensive experience on IBM BPM Process Designer v8.x (Lombardi). Sometimes also called Human Centric Implementation.**** Provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features. Uses a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes—either individually or in concert with project team. Will assist in the most difficult support problems. Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse. Has in-depth knowledge of state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs. Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies. Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business. Viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines. Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 7 to 10 years of experience in multiple IT areas and 5+ years of relevant architecture experience. Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design and integration. Job Description: Work as a Technical Lead for IBM BPM8.0 and above Project. Engage regularly with customer on a consulting basis, weekly reports and status updates. Hands on Application Development exp needed Ensure successful delivery of promised deliverables. Enable IBM BPM Methodology for successful project implementation. Skill Set: 10+ years of IT Experience 2. 4+ year of technical hands-on experience on product IBM BPM 8.0 and above. Lombardi part of it. 3. Technical Hands-on exp with IBM BPM 8.x version is must. 4. Ability to architect an application on IBM BPM and ability to take key design 5. Ability to drive proactively new application development discussion with customer 6. Ability to guide client in decision making process and key architecture decisions. 7. Familiar with Business Process Management (BPM) terms and concepts/terminology. 8. Familiar with IBM BPM Delivery Process and methodology. Agile development process, playbacks and design session. 9. IBM BPM infrastructure setup/admin experience is advantageous but not required. 10. Experience with Manufacturing industry is advantageous. 11. Must be able to work on Soap/Web Services based development. 12. Hands on Exp in Java, J2EE 13. Exp with Web Sphere products/Application Server 14. Exp with IBM Process Server and WPS is nice to have. 15. Exp with Webspehere Integrated Development environment (WID) is nice to have. 16.
