The developer is expected to build a new web UI to replace legacy systems. Therefore he/she is responsible for figuring out all functionality of the current UI systems via existing documents and the current production systems. There may or may not be a person who provides the requirements. The developer will work in a scrum team whose members could be up to and including 9 software engineers. He/She works very closely within and outside of his/her team in agile development environment.
