Must be willing to go perm as this is a perm position. This position is responsible for installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing improvements within the infrastructure. Supports users across departments in the area of assignment. Understands and documents the informational and business needs of the users and configures the application to meet the requirement. This individual will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to solve issues related to the deployment of mission-critical software. Requirements: 3 – 7 years supporting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Able to demonstrate knowledge/examples of troubleshooting of Pay Rule, Accrual, Leave and Attendance configuration and support. Using 6.3, but anything 6.0 and above is fine. Must have great communications skills, as this person will be talking to the end users and gathering requirements. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science , software engineering or related field 4 years related experience Previous work experience in applications administration with emphasis on supporting enterprise applications. Background in database administration, application support , application implementation and development or supporting payroll systems strongly preferred.
