Title: SAP Basis ABAP Expert Location: Westbrook, Maine Duration: 6-12 month The ideal candidate must provide SAP technical expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4 system administration; have experience in workload analysis and expert level knowledge to figure out bottlenecks. Must have a deep understanding of Oracle 11g database operations in SAP context, have expertise in planning SAP infrastructure for large application, and expertise in administration of multi SAP application nodes. Should have Hardware & Database Capacity planning for large database, a deep understanding of high availability solution and expert level knowledge of SAP quick sizing tool. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of high availability solution, hands-on experience with Data-Guard technology, planning and configuration of disaster recovery as standby database. Must be strong in database technologies: Oracle DB running on Unix/Linux platforms and have experience with thorough knowledge in scaling SAP infrastructure for increased business operations. Must be able to provide architectural framework for ECC system running in distributed environment and Serve as liaison to vendor support/technical staff to assess solution options and to analyze and resolve or escalate issues for SAP Portal and SAP Net weaver systems, along with providing technical recommendations on design or architecture improvements for current SAP ECC system.
