The SAP PI/PO Basis Expert requirement I posted yesterday in Westbrook, ME is actually 3 requirements. I just got some clarification today. They are looking to fill the role ASAP. The info for all 3 positions are the same: Contract – initially 2 mos. Possibly extendable up to 6-12 months Start: ASAP Rate: Depend on skill and experience *SAP PI/PO Basis Expert:* *REQUIRED TECHNICALSKILLS:* · Provide SAP technical expertise in SAP PI 7.11 & PO 7.4 · Expert knowledge in configuration of synchronous and asynchronous workload distribution. · Expertise in trouble shooting PI/PO integration to backend · Expertise in monitoring tools for PI/PO middleware · SOAP,IDOC,FILE,SFTP,PGP, JDBC adapter communication · Deep understanding of HP service guard high availability solution · PI/PO performance tuning, interface tuning. · Hardware & Database Capacity planning and Expert level knowledge of SAP quick sizing tool · PI/PO Principle propagation · DMZ concept to work with B2B & B2C communication · Disaster recovery planning for PI/PO systems · Deep understanding of central SLD · Good experience with HP-UX & Linux Operating system · Load balancing using F5 & web dispatcher *OTHER SKILLS:* · Provide architectural framework for external infrastructure security and key integration of PI to backend ECC, HR and SCM Systems. · Serve as liaison to vendor support/technical staff to assess solution options and to analyze and resolve or escalate issues for PI/PO · Provide technical recommendations on design or architecture improvements for current PI/PO environments NOTE: Please look for candidates who are very senior and are “experts” at the field. They need the candidates to do architecture, size, and set up the systems that they are scaling to. This candidate needs to have a pretty high-level understanding and experience on doing this. They would need to be able to make recommendations, be able to find redundancies and be able to evaluate the project and able to scale it appropriately. Please let me know if you have any questions.
