Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Long Beach, CA Duration: 6+ Months Direct Client Need - Project Coordinator - Long Beach, CA - 6+ Months Job Description: *Must have experience managing/coordinating projects related to healthcare.Must have a minimum of 2 years Coordinator experienceMust have experience managing/coordinating projects related to healthcare.*Assists with management of all aspects of assigned projects throughout the development project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. Able to document project management deliverable such as WBS, roles & responsibilities, meeting minutes, action items; contributes to development and lead on maintenance of detailed project plan to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion. Able to successfully manage a small project or defined sub-project within a larger project using a prescribed approach. Develops process workflows as it relates to assigned projects and/or to support internal process improvement initiatives, with appropriate guidance, Intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) Intermediate proficiency in SharePoint (Track Issues, Risks, Decisions, Action Items via SharePoint) Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
