Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related software or computing discipline, or demonstrated job experience equating to a Bachelors Degree. At least one year demonstrated on-the-job programming experience or alternatively as intern, co-op or through special assignments equivalent thereof.
