ID:* *Req-1761* *-* *Graphic Designer* *Description:* General Summary The area of concentration of this position is to create digital labels for the Away from Home division. The digital label developer will be responsible to develop, route & gain label approval, and overall file/art management. Digital labels will have to be approved and transferred to our manufacturing facility for production on time. Label accuracy and organization skills are must in addition to working with our cross functional partners and communicating out labels development status. Principal Accountabilities • Generating digital labels and gain alignment/approval by government regulatory, legal, marketing, customers and supply chain for all digital AFH labels, including Canadian. • Input, maintain and insure label documentation, traceability and current established processes are being followed. • Process & develop up to 15-20 labels per week. Labels are digitally developed, black & white and contain pre-approved information and layout. Special Batch label development as needed. • Maintain and updated project/label tracker and communicate out status as needed during cross functional meetings. • Work cross functionally to gain alignment on issues surrounding in process labels. • Communicate digital and production specifications to external partners as required. • Manage the AFH coding manual for all AFH products. • Coordinate and support labeling for special batch testing. Develop and communicate a process for product developers. • Master in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
