*Clinical Business Systems Analyst*
*The person in this position will leverage business process and technology
knowledge to facilitate more effective application support and to drive
business and technology alignment across clinical applications. Key
examples of these solutions include, EHR, EMR, clinical documentation,
electronic med-pass, EMAR, ETAR, and physician’s orders. This position
plays a client facing role, bridging the divide between business need and
technology knowhow. The BSA works with vendor, client and technical staff
to both coordinate and personally tender 2nd level application support,
gather business requirements, develop functional and technical
specifications, conduct applications lifecycle planning and derive business
impact analysis. *
*MUST HAVE:*
- *3+ years of experience in business system analysis and support*
- *2+ years working with clinical applications, preferably within a
senior living business environment*
- *Strong skills in business process definition and documentation*
- *Demonstrated problem solving skills across diverse hardware and
software environments.*
- *Experience analyzing and solving complex problems across hardware,
software, and networks*
- *Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio*
*NICE TO HAVE:*
- *Experience with one or more of the following software applications:*
- *MDI Achieve MatrixCare*
- *Answers On Demand(AOD)*
- *HealthMEDx Vision*
- *AllScripts Homecare*
- *Rehab Optima*
- *Senior care industry experience *
- *Basic project management experience*
*Experience creating, facilitating, and executing user acceptance test
plans*
