The successful applicant will help us develop the next generation seismic interpretation system known as CDIS (comprehensive data interpretation system) to assist geoscientists in finding an economic development of hydrocarbons with an emphasis on a next generation user interface, 3D visualization and web-based client/server application. *Experience in the following areas is desirable:* • Ja*va Script* • Client-side development libraries, such as jQuery, prototype, backbone, dojo, etc. • *HTML(5)* • *CSS3* (or variants such as *SCSS*) • *HTTP*, including *AJAX* requests. • Asynchronous interaction with users • Asynchronous interaction with servers through *AJAX* or other requests, e.g. various JavaScript APIs • Use of non-text/mouse input and output devices, such as video, sound, touch in a browser context.
