Duration : 4 Months DocManager/DocView: administrator, document class security, write and maintain custom code for documents from DISCO SAP application, level 1, 2, 3 application support; vendor technical contact, version/upgrade PM DB2 Support: DB2 support for all applications, analyzing code, files & tables experiencing performance issues, recommending code and/or index solutions to remediate events. ISeries Tools/Application Programmer support: support application teams developers in resolving any issues in code, resolving compiling errors, maintaining adherence to company standards and best practices in coding technique. Release coordinator for AS/400 code related to external systems project. Operations support: maintain code for system related jobs and respond as oncall to system related errors, escalating directly to IBM support, third-party vendor support, HCL if required. Write and maintain interface code between Robot/Console , Robot/Schedule , Robot/Alert and in-house ‘On Call’ application; maintain SRVCNTR Java interface that allows all Studio AS/400’s to auto open Service Manager incidents. OS/400 Support: Technical team Project lead for all OS upgrades, PM for pre-upgrade application compliance, member upgrade team, and team lead for post-upgrade testing administration and support. WebSphere: Application owner, administrator, configuration and environment, change management for CounterPoint and BVHEBiz applications. Support Maestro/iMaestro support for WDMP and BVHEBiz title release management applications; version/upgrade PM, level 1 – 3 support for native AS/400 and java related issues.
