Finish upgrading the OBIEE code from Oracle release 10g to 11g for the transparency expense and performance measure dashboards. Some has been worked on, and is close to completion, but extra assistance is needed. 2. Create in the transparency expense page another tab for searching and displaying state assets. Data from PeopleSoft used, but dashboard interface needs to be created. 3. Change the data source for the Performance measure dashboard from Oracle to new SQLServer database.
