Resolve SaaS service related issues through multi team and technology collaborations. Install, configure, maintain and deploy applications, projects and key initiatives throughout the enterprise with minimal supervision. Identify, resolve and document issues proactively. *Key Responsibilities* • Facilitate integrated solution development across work streams • Automate and optimize whenever and where ever possible. • Lower operations cost through the use technology. • Design, implement and support SAAS based applications. • Process development of new or existing services. • Propose & evaluate alternative solutions to complex business problems. • Plan, manage, and execute deliverables within expected timelines. • Represent technologies and services in technical and business forums with limited supervision. • Concise and timely follow up communication between teams and customers. • Perform 24x7 on call duties. • Address and resolve Tier 3 incidents as necessary. *IMPORTANT details required for this specific job.* • Comfortable installing, administrating any one Linux based web application server. • Comfortable installing, administrating Windows based application server. • Advanced technical understanding of the following areas: • Windows OS Administration • Linux OS Administration • VMware provisioning • Disaster Recovery technologies and concepts • Network technologies and concepts • Web technologies and concepts • Middleware technologies and concepts • Database technologies and concepts • Unix scripting • Conceptual Knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL,) • Performance tuning(Server/DB/Application) *Preferred Education* Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in computer related discipline. *Work Experience * Typically 7 or more years VMware and Linux administration experience. Experience in large scale enterprise application/system rollouts.
