Needs experience with: · Unix · Windows · SQL Server (2012 preferred but not required) · Application/Production Support · Basic networking · Citrix VMWare are HUGE plus but not required *Looking for a mid-level guy – not a senior person* Individual will be working as a primary technical analyst on the Delivery team responsible for the production and pre-production systems for multiple web and client server based systems and applications. Responsibilities include day-to-day production support, release and change management, project management, incident management, and strategic product and infrastructure planning among many other responsibilities related to application ownership This position requires excellent communication skills and the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced/rapid deployment team environment. *Requirements* · Thorough knowledge of technology platforms and systems (Windows, Linux, .NET, Java, MSSQL, and Oracle preferred). · Minimum of five years supporting applications or infrastructure. · Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to multi-task. · Familiarity with ITIL and an interest in process improvement, knowledge sharing, and documentation · Excellent communications skills · Basic networking skills (ping, telnet, tracert, understanding subnet mask / default gateways) · Strong windows experience (understanding the OS, registry, knowledge of active directory) *Knowledge/Experience: * · Thorough knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry/banking operations practices · Ability to manage time, projects, and work priorities *Technical Skill Sets (required): * · Experience with application deployments, information security, networking, VMWare, and SAN/NAS storage solutions · Hands on experience with MS SQL – 2005/2008/2012 technologies · Experience with Web Server, Citrix, SQL programming and SSMS/SSRS/SSIS · RDP · FTP · Windows · Unix · MS Office *Other Requirements:* · On-call duty (rotation), flexible working hours including weekends & holidays · Participate in semi-annual disaster recovery (DR) testing -- Thanks and warm regards, *Manoj Kumar* Technical Recruiter || United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
